Dr. Meriel McEntagart

Dr. Meriel McEntagart is a distinguished clinical geneticist with a focus on neurogenetics, particularly neuromuscular disorders.

Trained in medicine in Ireland and clinical genetics in the UK, she holds an MSc in clinical genetics from UCL and completed her MD in 2003. Dr. McEntagart is actively involved in neurogenetic research and is affiliated with St George’s, University of London. She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians (Ireland) and a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (UK), as well as a member of the British Society for Human Genetics (BSHG).
